Ordering

Price and Payment

In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted on the Website at the time we accept your order. Refunds (only when applicable) will generally be made by means of a return to your credit card or as a store coupon or credit.

Delivery of Products


In putting our customers requirements above all else, healthystore365.com only works with official reliable delivery services. We offer two types of delivery for all of our products:

  • Express Delivery Service. Delivery time: 7 – 15 business days
  • Registered Airmail Service. Delivery time: 10 - 21 business days

Please note that the delivery time does not include weekends and international or local holidays. If your package does not arrive within 15 business days for Express Delivery Service and within 21 business days for Registered Airmail Service, you may send us an inquiry for reshipment.


Reshipment:


Parcels shipped by Registered Airmail Service can not be granted for free reshipment or refund on account of customs issue as most destination countries do not provide tracking information on their territory. The choice for Registered Airmail Service is at the buyers discretion and risk.
Parcels shipped by Express Delivery Service are fully tracked.
Free reshipments for orders can be done under the following conditions:

1.If tracking number does not show any tracking information within 4 working days starting from the next day since order is placed.
2.If parcel is held by customs for more than 7 working days.
3.If parcel is not delivered within the timeframe – 15 business days.
4.If parcel is delivered to wrong address.
5.If wrong/damaged product is received.
6.If product is ineffective.
7.If expiry date is less than 6 months.
No free reshipments for orders can be done:
1.If wrong address was provided.
2.If customer does not pick it up the parcel in time.
3.If parcel delivered to correct address is unclaimed or refused by addressee.


Freight


healthystore365.com reserves the right to send parcels out to customers by whichever means they see as appropriate.


Refunds


If you are not satisfied with products or services you were provided by our online pharmacy, please contact us immediately. Each refund case should be solved individually depending upon the circumstances.
